What triggers hot flash and how it can be avoided?

Suppressed anger, anxiety, depression and panic disorders are good examples of hot flash triggers.

Other triggers that need some attention are caffeinated substances, hot spicy food and alcohol. Alcohol specifically red wine can release epinephrine, which triggers hot flashes. Avoid hot environments or hot baths since they act as a trigger that can naturally dilate your skin blood vessels. Try to keep your thermostat as lower as possible that can be tolerable for you. It is the emotional pressure that brings on many disorders including hot flashes while the natural physical occurrence for menopausal women is the hormonal changes.
