The snuff causes bad breath and is the leading preventable risk factor for disease.
It also causes halitosis consumption of alcohol. If baby must be done in moderation and, if possible, by means of food. They also have to reduce consumption of sugars and sweets.
Consume fats in moderation. In people with delayed emptying of the stomach may cause fatty acids and volatile, and promote bad breath. There are foods potentially supportive of halitosis, such as garlic or onions.
Do not stay long hours without eating food. It is advisable to take an apple between meals and food. It is important to increase the consumption of raw vegetables that help protect the gums.
We must also keep oxygenated drinking water to the mouth, like chewing a piece of lemon, in shell, for a couple of minutes after meals. Tablets and chewing gum with mint (and always without sugar) are also a help.
