Soda water or club soda has come a long way from when it was first used as an aid to digestion. Flavors, sweeteners and colors have been supplied to it for making tasty drinks. The flavour of soda is liked by many people. Some prefer it over plain drinking water and spend enough money purchasing these drinks every day. Are you one of those who might like the idea of making your own carbonated drink at home?

Carbonation is the process of dissolving pressurized carbon dioxide (CO2)into water to make sparkling water, club soda or seltzer. This water is clear with a fizzy taste. If you are looking for flavor, you may add some delicious fruit flavors sold at all freight free.com. Flavors are of following types. There are no contents of artificial sweeteners and sugar in them, which makes it ideal for someone who is losing weight.

In 1903 in London Guy Gilbey invented SodaStream from home carbonation system. It later spread to Australia, New Zealand and Germany. The device includes a machine, a carbon dioxide canister and one or more reusable bottles. The bottle is filled with water and affixed on to the canister, and with a push of the button, pressurized CO2 from inside the canister is forced into the bottle, producing sparkling water.

In the UK, the SodaStream machinewas first sold to the upper classes, including the royal household. Cherry ciderette and sasparilla introduced in 1920s are used in creating soft drinks. Commercial models and also those for the home were made in 1955 and well knowned in the 70s and 80s. However, some people thought that homemade brew was not as bubbly as the commercial variety.

MilkStream branch of the same company was produced for making milkshakes. It uses milk, ice cream and syrup mixed together in a big glass and inserted into the machine to get delicious drink.

SODASTREAM

SodaStream was later bought out by Soda Club, an Israeli company that was formerly the sole distributor for SodaStreamin Israel. Reestablishment of the brand has been done in lot of countries including the United States and Canada. It still sells its drinks under the SodaStream label but has started addressing the health needs of the public, by manufacturing a number of diet concentrates which can be used for sparkling water and sodas.

Due to its beautiful design and its easy instructions the Soda Club machine has had rave reviews from the people. Also, the soda club machine allows you to make the drink fizzy according to your requirement. The expence of the machine including sodamix flavors and reusable bottles is approximately about 50 cents per liter. It is good for a bargain?

It is really shocking that on one hand people are dying due to lack of water in many developing countries and on the other hand many of us in developed countries are spoilt. (...)

It is really shocking that on one hand people are dying due to lack of water in many developing countries and on the other hand many of us in developed countries are spoilt. To stay healthy one should drink a minimum of eight 8 ounce glasses per day even though plain water might be boring and hard to drink. So most people would prefer to make water that taste pleasant enough to make them want to drink enough to stay healthy.

To make it easier, many try adding some flavor which can help them drink more. People can buy water with added flavour at the store. Of course, a large number of people think that it is one of the costlier products available in the grocery store.Ideas given below for water are away from adding a lot of sugar or cost a lot of money.

If you are one of the many who want to stay away from chemicals or additives that are artificial as well as caffeine, here are some natural ways to add flavor to your water:

• A slice of lemon or
• A small portion of a delicious fruit
• A good cranberry juice concentrate depending on your preference
• Pick a cucumber slice
• A mint leaf

If you approve of artificial sweeteners try adding:

• A little light cranberry juice
• A reputed sugar-free mix or Crystal Light
• Lemonade and/or limeade by adding a bit of juice
• Any of these flavoring added to club soda, seltzer water, or diet tonic water.
Add flavours to sparkling waters. (A large assortment of calorie free flavors to flavor sparkling water to great taste is sold at http://allfreightfree.com)

You can replace milk and soda with water to drink when you are thirst.Do not pressurise yourself to drink excessive water. Excessive water can cause cramps while exercising.

You can also buy a filter for your faucet. You would love to buy fruit flavors for these filters and make your tap water fruit favored when desired.

Everyone is familiar with FlavorSplash. Fruit-flavored water is prepared by FlavorSplash. Recently a number of slightly flavored waters have come on the market – bottled by numerous companies. Some are exceptional on the other hand others have mixed flavors that really don't give a good taste (in fact, some are quite awful).

I found one to improve the taste of water. Combine a teaspoon of honey with a tablespoon of apple-cider vinegar and enough hot water to melt the honey. Stir well and then add sufficient water to make a gallon. Chill before you drink it. (Apple-cider vinegar is supposedly good for your overall health.)

There are many recipes for adding some taste to your water on many websites.A Google search may help you in searching one or two favorites which will make your water tasteful.
