Care for sensitive skin

Sensitive skin is characterized as a type of skin that reacts adversely to changes in the environment, too much sun and temperatures as high or low, as well as some cosmetics, or other drugs.

Sensitive skin reacts by putting red, can sting or burn, and sometimes be confused with disorders such as eczema or rosacea.

If you think you have sensitive skin, you may need to consult a dermatologist, who can determine if you have some kind of ailment.

The sensitive skin sensitivity varies from presenting mild to severe, but with good care can be kept at bay.

Here are some tips for caring for sensitive skin:

Two very important things in your daily routine of skin care are cleaning and wetting, and people who have sensitive skin should use products that are as pure as possible.

It is advisable to choose products that have no fragrance, colorless and without preservatives. Clean your face twice a day with a mild cleanser and apply a water-based moisturizer. Avoid wetting oily or contain mineral oil or lanolin, which can block pores and cause black spots. Is a good moisturizer that contains sunscreen common factor of 15 at least.

If you wear makeup, be sure to use hypoallergenic products. You may need to avoid products with mineral base, since it can cause allergic reactions. Always be sure to remove the makeup when wash your face at the end of the day. Also, avoid washing your face with water too cold or too hot, plus the bathrooms too hot, since it can dry the skin too.

The fact that your skin is sensitive. Use a gentle exfoliating once a week to remove dead cells and help your skin to breathe, and keep healthy and fresh.
